The item Heart of Rahu Rekhan
(https://wowheadggf.project-nemesis.cz/?item=100003) has been temporarily moved to the Zul’Aman instance – it now drops from boss Zul’jin.
The goal of this change is to allow completion of the related quest / progression without unnecessary blocks until the population situation is resolved.
